The mission of the 436th Services Squadron is to provide
premier Services and MWR activities to the preeminent Airlift
Wing of the Air Force, while maintaining the utmost dignity,
honor and respect in the only DoD Port Mortuary.
Services administers sports and physical fitness activities,
child development and youth programs, and a variety of food
and beverage services, lodging, library services, numerous
recreation activities including bowling, golf, outdoor recreation,
tickets and tours, aero club, arts & crafts center, aero
club, and veterinary services. The 436th Services Squadron
is unique as it also administers the mortuary affairs program
at the only stateside and largest DoD Port Mortuary.
