for a fun filled day of mountain biking at Fair Hill, MD. Fair Hill
is known for its pristine open fields, woodlands, and natural beauty.
This ten mile ride will take you through beautiful meadows, down rocky
hills, across crystal clear streams and over one of only two covered
bridges in Cecil County. The ride will be done in a group format at
an intermediate level. If you are unsure of your ability, feel free

Bench
Press Competition, May 29, Fitness Center
Pump some iron at the Fitness
Center's Bench Press Competition beginning at 1 p.m. at the Fitness
Center. Team competition will consist of: one Officer, one SNCO, one
NCO, one Airman and one civilian. One member must be female in any category.
Awards will be determined using the total weight lifted by the team,
divided by the team's total body weight. An award will be given for
first place. The deadline to register is no later than May 27. Register
